- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL NOVEMBER 1, 2024 11:00 A.M. Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Capozzoli Construction is seeking preliminary approval of the Hatfield Subdivision, Plat B located in the area of 800 S 700 E in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone. 2. Austin Builders, LLC, is seeking minor subdivision approval for Bush Subdivision located at 908 East Center Street in the R2 Single/Two-Family Residential Zone. 3. Nichols Naylor Architects is seeking commercial site plan approval for Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 581 S 1200 W in the CC-Community Commercial Zone.
