NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: City Initiated 2024 ADU Zoning Text Amendments
Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council to consider the above-listed request. The purpose of the request is to update the accessory dwelling unit (ADU) standards in the Draper City Municipal Code to allow for owner occupancy of either the single-family dwelling or the ADU and to reduce the minimum lot size required for approval of a deviation from the geographical prohibitions for an internal accessory dwelling unit (I-ADU).
