JOINT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICTS' TENTATIVE BUDGETS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025
The Boards of Trustees of the Utah City West Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-5 (each a 'District') will hold a Public Hearing at 8:00 a.m. on November 8, 2024, at the office of 2733 East Parleys Way, Suite 300, Salt Lake City, Utah 84109, and via teleconference. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District's Tentative Budget as the Final Budget for Calendar Year 2025.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Allison Hanson at 303-858-1800 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
