- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to hear comments concerning an application from Jackson Cheal, of 625 E 400 S, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep three dogs. Written comments can be addressed to Commissioner Noel Cooley and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
