- This meeting will not have an anchor location at the City Hall. Hearing Officer, Staff, and Applicant will connect remotely. If you are interested in attending the Reasonable Accommodations Hearing meeting virtually, join us on Zoom at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87291311468 1. Application for Group Living Arrangement and Request for Reasonable Accommodation by Pathways to Life, LLC (2227 North 800 West, West Bountiful, UT 84087). Pursuant to West Bountiful Municipal Code 17.84.020.E. this will be an informal hearing to consider the referenced application and request. The hearing shall be informal but shall proceed along the lines of a small claims court trial. The hearing officer will allow the Applicant to make an opening statement and summary of its evidence, followed by the City's opening statement and presentation/summary of its evidence. The parties may present their witnesses and evidence in person or by proffer. The hearing officer may allow the parties to cross examine or ask questions of the other party's witnesses. The hearing will close with any final remarks by the Applicant/counsel for the Applicant, followed by closing remarks from counsel for the City. These hearing procedures may be modified as prevailing circumstances dictate or as stipulated between the parties.
