NOTICE OF 2025 WATER & SEWER FEE INCREASES AND NEW FEES
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Kearns Improvement District (the 'District') intends to hold a Public Hearing on the 2025 fees for water service and for sanitary sewer service provided by the District, and may impose new fees, to give interested persons in attendance an opportunity to be heard.
A Public Hearing to consider the District's 2025 Water and Sewer Fee Increases and New Fees will be held on December 10, 2024 commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the Board room at the District office located at 5350 West 5400 South, Kearns, Utah.
The 2025 Water and Sewer Fee Increases and New Fees will be available for public inspection at the front counter of the District office during normal business hours and on the District's website, KIDWater4UT.gov, at least thirty days before the Public Hearing.
All persons interested and present at the Public Hearing noticed above will be given an opportunity to be heard. To obtain more information regarding the subject of the Public Hearing, please contact Riley Astill at (801) 968-1011.
