Notice is hereby given that the AMALGA PLANNING AND ZONING shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at the City Office at 6590 N 2400 W in Amalga. The hearing will begin at 7:00 PM. The Commission will receive public input on an amendment to the Town Code. This amendment would affect Amalga Town Code 2.99 Minor Subdivision a), and Amalga Subdivision Ordinance, Section 1, l-8, Definitions, Minor Subdivision A. Public input is encouraged. This amendment would change the time required on building on a minor subdivision from 4 years to 2 years.
