Spanish Fork City (City) is accepting proposals from Architectural firms (Consultant) interested in submitting qualifications and costs for the design of the Fire and EMS Station 61. The City requests the Consultant's help in placing the station in the most desirable location for future response utilizing city owned property. It is Mandatory that all interested parties attend the Pre-RFP Meeting described above. Please submit questions for discussion at the Pre-RFP Meeting to Matt Romero at mromero@spanishfork.gov by Tuesday November 12, 2024, at 12:00 PM MT. All other questions after the Pre-RFP Meeting shall be submitted through Utah Bonfire. Under no circumstance shall the engineering firms contact the City after the Pre-RFP meeting other than through Utah Bonfire.
Spanish Fork City plans to design and construct a new Fire and EMS Station 61 to meet the current needs of the community and accommodate future growth. The City is seeking a qualified Consultant to assist with program verification, design, construction administration services, and a community outreach initiative to educate residents about the station's purpose and services. The Consultant will be expected to collaborate with the CM/GC to ensure the project is designed within the approved construction budget.
