Public Notice: Canal Bank Road Annexation A Petition for Annexation has been filed in the office of the Garland City Recorder for the purpose of requesting annexation of property by King Farms Trucking LLC, JK Holdings 14 LLC, and Soliva LLC located in Box Elder County between 12505 North Canal Band Road and 12190 North Canal Bank Road and more specifically described as follows: 06-060-0119, 06-060-0120, 06-060-0131, 06-060-0069, 06-060-0091, 06-060-0092, 06-060-0116, 06-060-0117, 06-060-0088, 06-060-0087, 06-060-0013, 06-060-0068, 06-060-0089 A PART OF THE NORTHWEST, NORTHEAST, SOUTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST QUARTERS OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 12 NORTH, RANGE 3 WEST OF THE SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN. CONTAINING 66.91 ACRES. Garland City may grant the petition and annex the area described unless a written protest to the annexation is filed with the Boundary Commission at 1 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah, 84302, and a copy of the protest is delivered to the Garland City Recorder by November 29, 2024.
