PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), of Trappers Loop Water Improvement District (the 'District'), will hold a meeting of the Board on Monday, November 4, 2024, commencing at 2:00 p.m., at 3925 E. Snowbasin Road Huntsville, Utah 84317 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda.
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Review and consider approval of August 5, 2024 Minutes (enclosure).
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Review and consider approval of claims (enclosure).
B. Review and consider acceptance of September 30, 2024 Unaudited Financial Statements (enclosure).
C. Consider approval of a proposed amendment to the General Fund of the budget for calendar year 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
D. Consider approval of tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2025 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same (enclosure).
