COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF FIRELY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-10 WILL HOLD A COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2024 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095

A. Call to Order
B. Preliminary Action Items
1. Consider combined board meeting for Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10.
C. Consent Items
1. Approve the draft minutes of the Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10 board meeting held on July 16, 2024.
2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since last board meeting.
D. Action Items
1. Consider accepting the Q3 financial statements.
2. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budgets for calendar year 2025 for Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure district business.
F. Adjourn
