Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 via Zoom TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS MAY BE MADE AT THE MEETING IN PERSON OR SUBMITTED ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING. A. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING IN ITS ENTIRETY, CHAPTER 18 OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE CODE TO ESTABLISH SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS THAT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED BY UTAH STATE CODE. B. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING SECTIONS 2.12, 2.20, 2.22, 16.26 and 16.28 OF VIRGIN'S UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES REGULATING ENFORCEMENT OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE TO ALLOW FOR A CODE COMPLIANCE OFFICER C. AN ORDINANCE DELETING CHAPTER 42 RESORT ZONE FROM VIRGIN'S UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES D. AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE USES CHART IN §30.06 from Chapter 30 of the Virgin Land USE ORDINANCES AND REMOVING ALL REFERENCES TO SUCH USES IN VULU §32.06, §34.04, §38.04, §40.08, AND CHAPTER 48. E. REMOVAL OF LODGING AND SERVICE STATIONS FROM COMMERCIAL ZONES OTHER THAN HIGHWAY RESORT F. AN ORDINANCE REPLACING CHAPTER 52, SIGN REGULATIONS; AMENDING DEFINITIONS; CORRECTING CHAPTER AND SECTION REFERENCES
