PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #13-2024, amending Springville Code 11-3-402 Definitions to add Hydraulic Repair, Minor and an amendment to 11-4-301 Land Use Matrix to include Hydraulic Repair, minor as a permitted use in the RC Zone; at their regular meeting held on October 15, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville. A copy of this ordinance is available by contacting the city recorder's office during regular business hours. /s/ Kim Crane, City Recorder PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #14-2024, amending the General Plan Land Use Map from Low-Density Residential to Medium-Density Residential for parcels 23:047:0044; 23:047:0143; 23:047:0152; and 23:047:0153; at their regular meeting held on October 15, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville.
