Notice of Boulder Town Council Public Hearing Boulder Town Council will hold a public hearing at their regular meeting on Thursday November 7, 2024, (Regular meeting starts at 7:00 PM.) The hearing is to receive public comment regarding: ORDINANCE 2024-A- Subdivision- Repeal and Replace Chapter 152 The State of Utah has adopted new regulations pertaining to the subdivision of lands in Utah. Boulder Town Council as the legislative body of Boulder Town, State of Utah, finds that it is in the best interest of the safety and welfare of the citizens of the Town to comply with State law and to enact a new subdivision ordinance. Boulder Town Council, will rescind and supersede, in its entirety, Chapter 152 of the Boulder Town Code governing Subdivisions and replace it with the Code contained herein. Ordinance 2024-B Zoning(draft 091924) In the process of reviewing and rewriting the Boulder Town Chapter 152: Subdivision Code, the Planning Commission noted that some revisions were needed in Chapter 153: Zoning Code. The Commission drafted and reviewed Ordinance 2024-B including Zoning Code Changes required to eliminate inconsistencies with the new Subdivision Code. The meeting and hearing will be held at the Boulder Town Community Center, as well as electronically via Zoom connection.
