- PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Administrative Control Board of the Austin Community Special Service District will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, the 30th day of October 2024, at Monroe Community Center, 220 South, 300 West, Monroe, Utah, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. The Agenda for the meeting consists, in part, of the following: (1) Call to Order. (2) Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting June 18th, 2024. (3) Culinary Water Project Update: Parker Vercimak, Jones and DeMille Engineering. (4) Review and Consider Kyler Nielsen as new Water Operator. (5) Review and Consider Amendment to Bylaws to add Idle Meter Fee at Current Consolidated Fee Schedule Base Rate. (6) Review Annexation Request for Parcel 4-317-6 (Jared Corpron). (7) Review and Consider New Water Connections in Regionalization Areas (West Austin and Lizard Bench). (a) One Year Time Limit for Connection from Meter to House. (b) After One Year with no Connection to System, the Current Consolidated Fee Schedule Connection Rate will be charged to Connect. (c) Review and Consider Date to Initiate Base Rate Charge. (d) Review and Consider Future Water Connections if Property has a Well Right to Surrender Well Rights to ACSSD in Addition to Current Connection Fees and Impact Fees. (8) Review new meter request for Barney Residence (Austin Drive). (9) Any other business that may come before said meeting. (10) Adjourn
