The Garland City Council has adopted ORDINANCE, O-24-04, amending Title 9, Chapter 7, Articles D & E of the Zoning Regulations pertaining to the reinstatement of the R-4 Residential Zoning District and the renumbering of the RM-12 Zoning District on September 18, 2024. A copy of the ordinance is attached.
