Subdivision Code Amendment
The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on November 14th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment and possible approval of a proposed text amendment in Francis City Code Title 17 Subdivisions. The main purpose of the amendment is to bring City Code into compliance with State Code passed during the 2023 legislative session (SB 174). The public is welcome to attend in person and make comments. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.gov.
Noise and Sound Disturbances Code Text Amendment
