NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
The LITTLE MOUNTAIN SERVICE AREA is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The LITTLE MOUNTAIN SERVICE AREA tax on a $789,000
residence would increase from $0 to $82.02, which is $82.02 per year.
- The LITTLE MOUNTAIN SERVICE AREA tax on a $789,000
business would increase from $0 to $149.12 which is
$149.12 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, LITTLE MOUNTAIN SERVICE AREA would increase its property tax
budgeted revenue by 100% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new
growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
