Notice is hereby given that the Town of Daniel has received a petition for annexation of the portion of Parcel #09-6276 which is currently located in Wasatch County. The address is approximately 600 West 2363 South, Daniel. On Oct 7, 2024, the Daniel Town Council received certification of the annexation petition as complying with the Utah State Code ยง10-2-403(3) and (4). Public Hearings seeking public comment will be held at the Planning Commission Meeting on Nov 20, 2024, at 7:00 pm and at the Town Council Meeting on Dec 2, 2024, at 6:00 pm. Both meetings will be held at 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City. The Town of Daniel may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless a written letter of valid protest of the annexation petition is received in the Town of Daniel Office, 1375 S. Daniel Road, Ste 8, Heber City, UT 84032 by November 22, 2024. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the Town of Daniel Office.
