Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following items which will be discussed and considered:
Ordinance 24-14-Amending 19.12.040 Mixed Residential Zone R-M, including adding parcel 03-049-0013, located at approximately 3701 S 1200 W to the R-M application map
Zone designation for Parcels 03-049-0010, 03-049-0011, located at approximately 3600 S 1500 W, to Residential (R-2A) and 03-049-0013, located at approximately 3701 S 1200 W to Mixed Residential (R-M), in conjunction with proposed annexation
Ordinance 24-15-Rezone Parcel 03-018-0005, located at approximately 1101 W 3200 S, from Residential (R-2) to Neighborhood Commercial (C-N)
When: November 7, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. MST
