- CITY OF HOLLADAY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of August 2024, the Holladay City Council adopted Ordinance 2024-13 Ordinance 2024-13 determines the rate of tax for the 2024-2025 tax year and levies tax upon all real and personal property within the City. All details of the adopted ordinance cannot be described in this summary. The fully executed copy of the ordinance is retained in the Office of the City Recorder pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 10-3-711
