Notice of Public Hearings The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 6:00 pm. Title 15 Amendments: - Title 15 Amendments: This proposal is for various updates and amendments to the Municipal Code, Title 15 Land Use. Zone Change: - Goodwin Acres Zone Change: This proposal involves changing the current zoning from R-1-15 to R-1-15 with the Master Planned Development Overlay for a property located at 2976 East 100 South. Preliminary Plat: - Goodwin Acres Plat A: This proposal involves the approval of a Preliminary Plat for a Master Planned Development to allow for the development of 14 single family lots to be located at 2976 East 100 South. Conditional Use Permit: - AT&T at Hunter's Crossing (2024): This proposal involves modifying a previously approved Conditional Use Permit for a cell tower located at 2025 East Canyon Road. These hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
