Geneva Rock - Newton Pit Conditional Use Permit - A request for a 6-month extension of the effective period of approval to operate a commercial mineral extraction and excavation facility (Use Type 6400) on 157 acres located at approximately 7200 North Highway 23, near Newton. 2. Pitcher Subdivision - A request to create a one-lot subdivision with an agricultural remainder on 16.13 acres located at 7288 North 4800 West, near Amalga, in the Rural 5 (RU5) Zone. 3. Maltese Cross Subdivision - A request to create a one-lot subdivision with an agricultural remainder on 18.56 acres located at ~1000 South 2000 West, near Logan, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Regular Action Items 4. Public Hearing (5:35 PM or soon thereafter) - CVB Rezone - A request to rezone 1.4 acres located at approximately 208 West 3700 North, near Hyde Park, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Industrial (I) Zone. 5.
