PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 7:00 PM at Milford City Office, 26 South 100 West, Milford Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning amendments to Title 14 of the City's Land Management and Development Code.
- The City is proposing various amendments to the Land Management and Development Code to address various clarity/correctness issues and ensure consistency and compliance with current State requirements regarding land use review/approval processes and subdivision platting requirements.
