Cedar City Board of Adjustments Agenda November 4, 2024 The Cedar City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Dorian Page; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Brittany Fisher; Terry Hermansen; Steve Nelson; John Webster; Assistant City Attorney Karl Andersen; Building Official Drew Jackson; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes dated September 9, 2024. Consider an addendum to previously approved minutes dated August 5, 2024. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Home Occupation dog grooming business at approximately 100 North Cove Drive/ Doggie Stylez Pet Grooming/ Kerrie Quinlan. 5. Request for Variance to build a residential home without installing frontage improvements, and the height of an auxiliary building at approximately 923 North 4200 West/ Platt & Platt/ Aaron Sevy. 6. Request for Variance of the landscaping requirements in the right-of-way at approximately 1440 South Old Highway 91, sometimes referred to as 1400 South Main Street/ Discount Tire/ Todd Mosher.
