Please view the attached Staff Report. There will be a seven-day comment period after the staff report is posted. During the comment period any written objections will require a public meeting. If no objections are received, the chair of the ALUC will render a decision without a public meeting. If there are written objections to the proposal, the item will be scheduled to be heard by the ALUC in a public meeting. A notice with the date of the meeting will be posted 10 days prior to the meeting. Please see Wasatch County Code 16.27.05(F) for further information about this process.
