- The COTTONWOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The COTTONWOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT tax on a $737,000 residence would increase from $67.29 to $117.76, which is $50.47 per year. - The COTTONWOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT tax on a $737,000 business would increase from $122.34 to $214.10, which is $91.76 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, COTTONWOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 75.00% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
