- Notice of Possible Quorum In the City of Toquerville Washington County, UT Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of Toquerville City have been invited to attend the following event: 1. 3rd Annual Toquerville City Halloween Trunk-or-Treat - Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 63 Toquer Blvd, Toquerville, UT 84774.
