Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TENTATIVE 2025 CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET AND FEE SCHEDULE Heber Light & Power will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 6:00 pm to take public comment on (1) the Company's proposed 2024 Capital and Operating Budget which includes $300,000 in distributions to the Company's owner municipalities, and (2) the Company's proposed Fee Schedule which may impose new fees or increase fees for certain services provided by the Company. The meeting will be held at Heber Light & Power, 31 S 100 W, Heber City, Utah and virtually. The proposed budget is available for inspection (1) at Heber Light & Power Company, 31 S 100 W, Heber City, Utah, (2) on Heber Light & Power's website (www.heberpower.com), and (3) on the Utah Public Notice website (pmn.utah.gov).
