ANNABELLA PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, October 28, 2024 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Chairman Kent Poulson conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)
I. Public Hearing: 6:00 p.m.
A public hearing to propose various amendments to the Land Management and Development Code to address various clarity/correctness issues and ensure consistency and compliance with current
State requirements regarding land use review/approval processes and subdivision platting requirements.
a. Brief summary/presentation of proposed amendments
b. Motion/second then vote to open public hearing
c. Public comments
d. Motion/second then vote to close public hearing
e. Additional Planning Commission discussion, if needed
II. Planning Commission Meeting
A. Roll call
B. Approval of minutes
III. Appointments:
A. Taya Robins, 457 East 270 South, building permit
B. Mike & Bonnie Engebritson, 95 West Center, request to split property
C. Matthew Lenhart, Jones and DeMille, presentation on APWA/ Town construction standards
IV. Business
A. Land Management and Development Code Update: Motion/Second and Vote to Either:
a. Recommend approval to the Town Council as presented;
b. Recommend approval to the Town Council with modifications; OR
c. Recommend denial to the Town Council
B. APWA/Annabella Town Construction Standards: Motion/Second and Vote to Either:
a. Recommend approval to the Town Council as presented;
b. Recommend approval to the Town Council with modifications; OR
c. Recommend denial to the Town Council.
C. Current conditional use permit applications
D. Current building permit applications
E. Other business
