Appeal of 220 King Road Final Action Conditions of Approval - The Board of Adjustment Will Review an Appeal by Applicant Pesky Porcupine, LLC, of the Final Action Taken by the Planning Director Imposing Conditions of Approval in the Historic District Design Review Final Action Letter for the Proposal to Construct a New Single-Family Dwelling, Accessory Structure, and Outdoor Pool in the Sweeny Master Planned Development, Historic Residential-1-Master Planned Development Zoning District.
