NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Planning & Zoning Commission has scheduled a work meeting on 23rd of October 2024 At the Hanksville Community Center Meeting shall begin promptly at 6pm The agenda shall be as follows: Review submitted comments and prepare for the Public Hearing on 11/06/2024 regarding the DRAFT Ordinances. Continue discussing Zone designations - there are some areas zoned as Residential Mixed Use (RMU) that could be Agricultural/Industrial (AGI). Will it help to keep the Town more agricultural? If property is near the river, which is also in a flood plain, it may be better designated as AGI then RMU? Discussion regarding easement from BLM for Dennis Ekker's Subdivision.
