Description/Agenda: Welcome Pledge Prayer Discussion of the scope of work and changes for the rodeo grounds project. CIVCO proposal for change in scope of work. Oversight to make sure the project is in conformance with CIB requirements. Preconstruction meetings with the contractors. Coordination between the various contractors consisting of monitoring schedules. Working with the various contractors to provide invoices for payment with backup to support the invoices. Inspection of work accomplished, the rodeo group will provide the full-time inspection with CIVCO having weekly meetings and occasional inspections. Survey costs so we can provide the survey necessary Our cost was built into the CIB costs that was approved. Reporting to the board on project progress. Our cost will be $91,960. We had $98,000 budgeted without the survey work in the CIB application. Adjourn
