NOTICE OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING April 4, 2024, at 9:00 AM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Development Review Committee will hold a regularly scheduled Development Review Committee meeting on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 9:00 AM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. This meeting can also be viewed on our live stream page. 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. WORK SESSION 2.1. Vineyard Eastlake at Geneva Industrial Business Park Phase 11 - Site Plan 2.2. GRMU Office Building - Site Plan 2.3. Holdaway Fields LDS Church - Site Plan 3. STAFF, COMMISSION, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS 4. CONSENT ITEMS 4.1. No minutes have been submitted for approval. 5. BUSINESS ITEMS 5.1. No Final Plats have been submitted for approval 6. ADJOURNMENT This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a committee member to participate electronically. The public is invited to participate in all public meetings.
