NOTICE OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING April 18, 2024, at 9:00 AM PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Development Review Committee will hold a regularly scheduled Development Review Committee meeting on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 9:00 AM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. Live Stream Link 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. WORK SESSION 2.1. Wendy's Site Plan Application Andrew Horne with Dominion Engineering is requesting DRC review of the Wendy's Site Plan Application. The site is located at 145 N Geneva Road and in the Regional Mixed Use (RMU) Zoning District. 2.2. Auto Zone Site Plan Application Colby Anderson with Cir Engineering is requesting department review of the Auto Zone Site Plan Application. The proposed development is located at 243 N Geneva Road, one lot north of the recently constructed Mister Carwash.
