NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE CACHE WATER DISTRICT
CACHE WATER DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The CACHE WATER DISTRICT tax on a $528,000 residence would increase from $5.52 to $10.80, which is $5.28 per year.
- The CACHE WATER DISTRICT tax on a $528,000 business would increase from$10.03 to $19.63, which is $9.60 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, CACHE WATER DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 95.73% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
