1. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE $604,060 TOWN OF BRIAN HEAD, UTAH TAXABLE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BONDS, SERIES 2024 (SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AREA NO. 2023-1 SNOWSHOE-TOBOGGAN (THE 'BONDS'), PROVIDING FOR THE CONTINUANCE OF A RESERVE FUND AS PROVIDED BY STATUTE; AND RELATED MATTERS. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will consider a resolution for the bonding on the Snowshoe/Toboggan Special Assessment Area.
2. BRIAN HEAD TOWN'S 50TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION UPDATE. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. Nancy will give an update for the upcoming 50th anniversary celebration events in 2025.
3. SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AREA POLICY AMENDMENT. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will consider a resolution for an amendment to the Special Assessment Area Policy
4. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas.
