This is an open meeting, and members of the public may participate in person by checking in at the reception desk and passing through a security scanner. Members of the public are permitted to have 3 minutes to speak on matters related to the Children's Justice Center program, during the public comment section of the meeting, and then may observe the remainder of the meeting.
