NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Trustees of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District has prepared a proposal to change the division boundaries of its appointed board members (hereafter referred to as the 'Division Boundaries Adjustment').
A public hearing on the Division Boundaries Adjustment will be held at the District's Administrative Office:
DATE: Wednesday, November 13, 2024
TIME: 3:00 P.M.
PLACE: 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah.
At the hearing, the public may ask questions and obtain further information about the Division Boundaries Adjustment and issues raised by it. Any person interested in presenting comments or other information for or against the Division Boundaries Adjustment may (i) prior to the hearing, submit relevant comments and other information in writing to the Board (at the address given above); or (ii) at the hearing, present relevant comments and other information in writing and may also present comments and information orally either for or against the proposal.
