2. Ratification of Staff and Technical Review Committee Approvals: to replace the existing wood shingles with asphalt shingles and repair trim where needed at 2622 Madison Ave
3. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness: to install rain gutters along the fascia of the house and
five downspouts at 2529 Eccles Ave
4. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness: to remove the metal siding on the back of the home at
2529 Jackson Ave
5. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness: to replace the bottom portion of 'The Club' sign with new
2'x 8' hanging blade sign at 126 25th St
6. A Certificate of Historic Appropriateness: to refurbish the existing monument sign at 2374 Grant Ave
