NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Minor Subdivision as Requested by Thunderbird Acquisitions LLC Public notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office, located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah; the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing concerning the request by Thunderbird Acquisitions LLC for a minor subdivision with 2 lots being divided from Parcel O-4-157-ANNEX.
