MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows:
PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2024 - 7:00 P.M.
1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Discussion/action on minutes.
3. Public Hearing: Ordinance adopting West Creek Development Agreement and Re-Zone by the Blackpine Group to the Information and Technology Zone (ITZ) for various large parcels at approximately 700 North 1500 West.
4. Joint Meeting with City Council: West Creek Development Agreement and Re-Zone by the Blackpine Group to the Information and Technology Zone (ITZ) for various large parcels approximately 700 North 1500 West.
5. Discussion/action on Public Hearing.
6. Discussion on amending the residential component at River View at 2700-2800 West 1100 South for 200 residential units.
7. Commission and staff follow-up.
8. Adjourn.
