PUBLIC HEARING/ORDINANCE: PH - Planned Development Commercial Amendment Development Code Update (Legislative) Rob Patterson, City Attorney/Planning & Zoning Administrator The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider amending the City's Planned Development zone requirements to remove the requirement to include commercial uses within a PD.
