Description/Agenda: CACHE MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The CACHE MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT tax on a $538,000 residence would increase from $11.84 to $14.76, which is $2.92 per year. - The CACHE MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT tax on a $538,000 business would increase from $21.52 to $26.83, which is $5.31 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, CACHE MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 24.67% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
