PROJECT UPDATE- FENCING PROJECT, KIMBERLY SILVESTER 4.b. i. Review Gate Locations. ii. Electrical Vault mapping. iii. Review J-U-B Questions/Clarifications Attachments 1. 45-24-017_PerimeterFencing.pdf ALP UPDATE, KIMBERLY SILVESTER 4.c. Final MPU/ALP submitted to FAA for review/approval. i. FAA is behind in their review. We are keeping in touch with them every 2 weeks to get updates. ii. After FAA Planner reviews, the ALP will be submitted for Airspace review, which can take 6-8 weeks. AIRPORT OVERLAY DISTRICT- HB 206, KIMBERLY SILVESTER 4.d. City does have one already (https://hosting.civiclinq.com/rooseveltcityut/books/municipal-code/ R17.25.010 ), but there isn't a map that shows the various zones (see attached 'Roosevelt Land Use Compatibility Zones.PDF'). Duchesne Airport Overlay District was on Duchesne County Commission Agenda for approval on October 7th. (No word if it was approved). County is now in the process of establishing one for Roosevelt Airport (county jurisdiction only). (See attached 'Airport Overlay Zone Roosevelt.doc' and 'Roosevelt Land Use Compatibility_2Zones.pdf') https://duchesne.utah.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Roosevelt-Airport-Overlay.pdf Board/City may want to reevaluate the City Overlay District to add a Map and perhaps align language closer to Duchesne Co's? i. Differences in County Language to City's Zone (based on input from Duchesne process): 1. High Density Greater than 1 Dwelling / Acre, Low Density One Dwelling / Acre or less Combining Zones 2. 1-5 Provisions requested by energy companies.
