- Bluff Water Works Strategic Planning Session will include 3 members of the Bluff Town Council as participants (Linda Sosa, Britt Hornsby, Jennifer Davila). The other 2 members of the Bluff Town Council, Luanne Hook and Ann Leppanen, may also be present. During this session, the Bluff Town Council will not be convening any meeting to address town business.
