- Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Public Hearing #1 1. Regarding Manti City making application for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Hearing #2 2. Proposed modifications to Manti City's Subdivision code. Regular Council Meeting Agenda Items: 3. Discussion and consideration of adoption Ordinance 2024-5, an ordinance updating the city's subdivision code and process for submitting subdivision applications. 4. Review and discussion of proposed fence ordinance as recommended by the Planning Commission. 5. Continuing Business. a. Inland Port project. b. Short-term rental ordinance. c. Youth City Council. d. Signage at city entrances. e. Pickleball noise complaints 6. Councilmembers reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 7. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 8. Mayor Bigelow. 9. Consideration of approval for minutes of prior meeting. (October 2nd Regular Meeting) 10. City Manager Kent Barton. 11. Closed Session (if needed).
