- October 14, 2024 Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Resolutions: Resolution 24-24-Commitment to 1200 West Traffic Calming Measures Ordinance 24-13-Adjusting The Municipal Boundaries of The City of Nibley, Adding Parcels, or Portions Thereof, 03-007-0023, 03-007-0011, 03-007-0010, 03-007-0022, 03-007-0009, 03-007-0013, 03-007-0027, Located at Approximately 2200 South & U.S. Highway 89/91, to Nibley City and Assigning Zoning to Subject Properties When: October 24, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah A full report will be posted on the City's website by October 22, 2024, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Council adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City Hall or email to cheryl@nibleycity.com. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
