- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Payson City, Utah, received an Application for Municipal Disconnection under Utah State Code 10-2-501. The area proposed for disconnection is owned by The CW and CW Limited Partnership and The Mozzie Trust dated 09-08-2020 and includes Utah County Parcels 29:009:0023, 29:009:0003, and 29:009:0010 located at approximately 2853 West 790 South and consists of 107.98 acres.
