PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Mountain Crest Subdivision - Final Subdivision Plat Address: Mountain Crest Road, Summit County, UT Parcel: NS-2 (280.31 acres) - 10.01 acres used for the subdivision Project Number: 24-065 Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Manager in accordance with section 11-4-5 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a 6-lot Final Subdivision Plat for property located off Mountain Crest Road (Parcel NS-2), Summit County, UT. The applicant is requesting to allocate 6 Estate Base Density units in the Promontory Specially Planned Area.
